L'agriturismo si trova in posizione stategica su una gradevole collina, a due passi da Pienza e Montepulciano. Risulta finemente ristrutturato con appartamenti molto ampi e ben arredati. Purtroppo siamo rimasti solo una giornata ma l' impressione è stata ottima. Il padrone di casa è molto disponibile e la pulizia dei locali ottima.

Our extended family stayed here Aug 13-20. 2011. Clean rooms and bathrooms, antique furniture. Clean swimming pool. Quiet place. Overall fantastic stay. Rent bicycles only if extremely athletic since the roads are very steep and gravely. You can walk to Pienza in 30-40 min. Only sore point was that we didn't know about the terrain and had booked 4 bicycles through Eurocasa, the agency that maintains the villa. Eurocasa in an email quoted 20 Euros a week for a bicycle. During checkout, the woman said 20 Euros a DAY! She admitted it was her mistake but said Eurocasa was not the bike rental agency and that she had only helped us. She said the rental agency insisted on 20 E a day for each bike. We finally coughed up 200 E and she claimed she would pay the rest to the agency. Get everything translated in English since no one at the villa or the bike rental speaks English or has cellphones. When in doubt, mime, score things out and overwite in English and sign next to it.
